This CACHE endorsed short course aptly explains the difference between two synonymous terms -leading and managing. This course will acquaint you to the easy ways that you can follow in your profession so that you can adapt from being a friend to a line manager. Enrol to learn the art of negotiation and maintain a balance between your values and beliefs so that you can act wisely in challenging circumstances.
You need not work in a managerial role to complete this course but should be working as a member of a childcare setting team.
