Understanding Leadership and Management
This CACHE endorsed brief program explores the leadership and management in an early year setting. Learn about the various forms of leadership and the significance of communication. Get acquainted with the ways to deal with struggles in a way that leads to successful resolution and realize your role and responsibility as a manager. Being in a managerial role is not necessary to complete this course, but should be working in a childcare setting.
